Since 2003 everybody was talking about the controversy produced by the legal action she takes against the School Board of Moorestown High School. I think that she did well not attending to the ceremony of graduation. Furthermore, with this act she was protecting the future of the forthcoming generation of disable students in Moorestown High School and the rest of schools.

According to declarations on NBC NEWS Hornstine said that the lawsuit was an act of necessity and an act of saving others from apathy.  Furthermore share her valedictorian is an act of auto-injustice.  That’s why she decided not attend to the graduate ceremony.

The valedictorian speech was the special moment that Blair Hornstine always desired and the reason of her effort studying for many years and gets an excellent-almost perfect grade in Moorestown High School. Even though Hornstine wasn’t the first student in to sue over this issue, this case was very different to others and never happened in Moorestown, New Jersey a case similar to this. However, what the school board should consider was the extra effort that Blair Hornstine had to do due to her disability. She had even take many classes at home due to her special situation and that’s a remarkable reason her excellent grade should weight more than the non-disabled student.
